4.1 Deposits. fb001.c accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits from third-party payment sources — i.e., payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an account review and suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals. Nothing in these Terms operates to limit or exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law or other applicable mandatory statutory protections.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the fb001.c Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and fb001.c, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the fb001.c customer support process. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
